What is your return policy for technical climbing gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. However, for safety reasons, life-safety equipment such as climbing ropes, harnesses, and carabiners cannot be returned once the original packaging has been opened.

How do I know which size of hiking boots to order?
We recommend measuring your feet at the end of the day and referring to our detailed size guide. For high-altitude boots, many climbers prefer to go up half a size to accommodate thick thermal socks.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All products sold by Mount Everest are covered by a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Some premium brands offer extended lifetime warranties.
