Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical tags and labels remain attached to the equipment.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our basecamp team receives and inspects your gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
